It's easy to get stuck in a rut during those winter months. The spring season is an opportunity to renew, readjust and refocus on your health. With its warmer temperatures and increasing sunshine, spring brings us fresh harvest of colorful fruits and veggies - and with it, wonderful new ways to spice up our plates and boost our health. Join me to learn how to support your body’s natural detoxification pathways and optimize your health this spring season. This program will give you the tools you need to begin freeing yourself from toxic overload, releasing unhealthy winter habits, cultivating a healthier, nourishing spring plate.
How it works:
Each week you will receive an email and meal plan that includes:
3 breakfast recipes
3 lunch recipes
3 dinner recipes
3 snack recipes
The email will also include education, inspiration and tips based on the following seasonal themes:

We will also gather as a group for a LIVE kick-off coaching call and Q&A to discuss the Pantry Project ebook and protocol for the upcoming 4 weeks. Each week you will receive an email with your meal plan and a weekly topic about spring foods and seasonal eating, detoxification and cleansing, hydrating and healing.

How does the program work?
The Spring Cleaning program starts with a kick off call! During that call we go through the Pantry Project ebook and discuss the protocol for the 4 week meal plan program. I open up the call for Q&A so you can ask questions and get clarity on how your 4 weeks will unfold. Throughout the program I am available via email for weekly check ins and always free to answer questions.
When is the LIVE kick-off call?
The kick-off call is scheduled for May 10, 2022. This will be a 90 minute call where I walk you through the program and the ebook. (This will be recorded if in the event you can’t attend).
When will I receive the weekly email with my meal plan and recipes?
You will receive your meal plan and recipes on Thursday evenings prior to the following week. Each meal plan runs from Monday - Friday the following week. For example, your first email will be sent on Thursday, May 12th, prior to your meal plan start date on Monday, May 16th. This allows you the weekend to prepare and grocery shop.
How many spots are open for the program?
There is room for 10 women in the class. This also allows me to answer your questions on the kick-off call and by email through the duration of the program.
