Program Description:
Autumn is a time of transition. Take a moment to stop and look around you. As we move away from the heat and humidity of the summer, we enter the cooler temperatures of fall - a time to slow down, regroup on our goals, revisit our priorities, create new routines and rhythms, nourish the body and boost the immune system - ultimately preparing for the upcoming season of winter and cold. When you stop to look around, you can see that nature knows exactly what to do.
We are not so far removed from the natural evolution of the seasons. Instead, it is pertinent that we must take the time to stop and breathe. As the sun dips in the sky giving way to darkness, as the trees prepare to shed their leaves, as the forest floor animals prepare their burrows and nests, we too are shedding the chaos of the busy summer season and leaving it behind us.
Autumn is your invitation to slow down. Find joy in the simpler things. Adopt routines that create stability. Include nourishing meals and warming foods made with the season’s harvest. Incorporate teas and herbs that are calming and immune supportive. In this course, you will learn more about the principles of Ayurveda and why they are ideal to utilize during the Autumn season.

Each week you will receive an email and meal plan that includes:
3 autumn breakfast recipes
3 autumn lunch recipes
3 autumn dinner recipes
3 autumn snack recipes
The email will also include education, inspiration and tips based on the following themes:
Week 1: Simplicity
Week 2: Stability
Week 3: Seasonality
Week 4: Slow
We will also gather as a group for a LIVE kick-off coaching call and Q&A to discuss the protocol for the upcoming 4 weeks. Each week you will receive an email with your meal plan. The email will include content, materials and tips related to the weekly themes - simplicity, stability, seasonality, and slow - touching on how to nourish your body according to the principles of Ayurveda, seasonal eating, grounding and warming transitional foods, and routines and rhythms for the Autumn season.

How does the program work?
The Ayurveda Autumn Wellness program starts with a kick off call! During that call we will discuss the protocol for the 4 week meal plan program. I also open up the call for Q&A so you can ask questions and get clarity on how your 4 weeks will unfold. Throughout the program I am available via email for weekly check ins and always free to answer questions.
When is the LIVE kick-off call?
The kick-off call is scheduled for October 4, 2022 @ 7:30 PM. This is a 60 minute call where I walk you through the program and get you started. (This will be recorded if in the event you can’t attend). There is also a close-out call scheduled for October 25th at 7:30 PM. This call will be used to wrap up the course and answer any lingering questions you might have.
When will I receive the weekly email with my meal plan and recipes?
You will receive your meal plan and recipes on Thursday evenings prior to the following week. Each meal plan runs from Monday - Friday the following week. For example, your first email will be sent on Thursday, October 6h, prior to your meal plan start date on Monday, October 10th. This allows you the weekend to prepare and source all ingredients.
How many spots are open for the program?
There is room for 10 women in the class. This also allows me to answer your questions on the kick-off call and by email through the duration of the program.

What is the cost for the course?
$149. This includes the 60 minute kick off call, the 60 minute close out call, the 12 recipes for each meal, the meal plan, and the weekly email with resources and tips.
